Quality Assurance

Quality Systems Built Into Every Stage of Production

We don’t inspect quality into products at the end—we build it in from the start. Our multi-stage QC system runs from incoming material verification through to final pre-shipment inspection.

Quality Control Overview

Four Checkpoints, Zero Compromises

Every order passes through a structured four-stage quality system—regardless of size, complexity or destination market.

01

Incoming Material Inspection

All fabrics, hardware, accessories and packaging components are inspected upon arrival—before they touch the production floor. Colour consistency, fabric weight, hardware function and packaging construction are all verified against approved specifications.

02

In-Process Quality Control

QC supervisors check work at each production stage—printing colour accuracy, embroidery stitch quality, seam alignment, zipper function and dimensional conformance. Issues are caught and corrected before they move forward in the process.

03

Final Product Inspection

Completed products are inspected against the approved pre-production sample—checking appearance, functionality, labelling accuracy, packaging quality and count accuracy before packing for shipment.

04

Pre-shipment Verification

Before any carton is sealed for export, we verify carton marking, quantity, packing list accuracy and any customer-specific compliance requirements—so what arrives matches exactly what was ordered.

Stage 01 — Incoming Inspection

Quality Starts Before Production Begins

Defects that enter production multiply. A fabric with inconsistent colour, a zipper that binds under load, or packaging board that’s below spec weight—these issues are far cheaper to reject at goods-in than to discover in a finished product.

Every incoming material delivery is checked against the approved specification and sample before being released to the production floor.

  • Fabric colour consistency vs. approved strike-off
  • Fabric weight and hand-feel verification
  • Hardware function and finish check (zippers, rings, clasps)
  • Accessory and trim colour and size confirmation
  • Packaging material weight and print quality

Stage 02 — In-Process QC

Checked at Every Step, Not Just at the End

Our QC supervisors are positioned throughout the production process—not just at the end of the line. This means problems are identified and corrected in real time, rather than discovered after an entire run has been completed.

  • Printing — colour density, registration accuracy and coverage uniformity
  • Embroidery — stitch count, density, colour match and backing neatness
  • Cutting — panel dimensions and grain line alignment
  • Sewing — seam allowance, stitch tension, topstitch alignment and edge finishing
  • Assembly — zipper pull placement, hardware attachment and pocket alignment

Stage 03 — Final Inspection

Verified Against Sample Before It Ships

Every completed order is inspected against the client-approved pre-production sample. Our QC team works through a structured final inspection checklist covering both the product and its packaging.

  • Appearance — colour, print registration, embroidery quality, fabric surface and overall presentation vs. approved sample.
  • Functionality — zipper operation, hardware attachment, closure function and structural integrity under load.
  • Dimensions — finished product size checked against specification tolerance.
  • Labelling — care label content, hang tag information, country of origin and any customer-specific compliance labelling.
  • Packaging — box condition, poly bag sealing, insert placement and quantity per carton.

Continuous Improvement

Every Production Run Makes the Next One Better

We use production data, client feedback and internal QC findings to identify recurring issues and implement permanent process improvements—not just one-time fixes.

  • Post-production defect analysis logged per order
  • Root-cause review with department supervisors
  • SOP updates rolled out to production teams
  • Client feedback integrated into next-order quality brief
  • Supplier performance tracked for materials and components
A quality system that doesn’t improve is just a checklist. We treat every order as a data point for the next one.
